PPSM BOM Direction
- Pi 3B+ with high-endurance 64 GB microSD.
- 3.5-inch SPI resistive touchscreen using ILI9486 display and XPT2046/ADS7846 touch path.
- PoE through a low-profile Pi 3B+ PoE-header module or external 802.3af/at splitter.
- Panel-mount USB-A service port and service Ethernet connection.
- Cooling required for enclosed installs.
- Optional RTC and optional USB LTE/IoT modem.
Hardware Notes
- The Pi 3B+ 4-pin PoE header is not a plain 5V input; use a proper PoE PD/DC-DC module.
- A full PoE HAT conflicts with the preferred touchscreen HAT approach and is not the default PPSM power path.
