Pi 3B+ Load Testing

Heavy synthetic 8-zone playback churn produced rare audio underruns while CPU, memory, temperature, and networking remained stable. This is not production-blocking for expected operating loads.

Operational Scale Testing

4, 8, 16, and 32 zone simulations are used to identify architecture stress before user experience degrades, not to find crash limits.

Audio Testing

48 kHz WAV copies are preferred globally for predictable playback load and audio path consistency.

Networking / Phone Testing

Android auto-reconnect was reproduced and investigated using ADB evidence before changes.
PPSM Android validation responder and DNS cutover allow isolated PagePoint Wi-Fi to appear valid enough for Android auto-reconnect behavior.
Phone reboot and out-of-range return testing confirmed reconnect behavior on at least one Ulefone during field testing.

Display Testing

PPSM 3.5-inch SPI screen was brought from blank/snow/color-bars state to usable Chromium kiosk display.
Display rotation and touch transform were adjusted until stylus and cursor movement aligned.
